Due to our longer than anticipated R & D time for the tC2 turbo kit, we are looking into releasing a DIY Turbo Manifold and Down-Pipe kit, which will include a SS exhaust manifold flange, SS t3t4 turbo flange, a SS 4-bolt round downpipe flange, 2 t304 Stainless Steel j-pipes, and two oxygen sensor bungs. This comes with essentially all that is needed to make your own turbo manifold and turbo down-pipe. It would require re-using the donut flange on the bottom of the OE header. A wastegate flange can be provided at an extra fee, but most wastegates come with a weld-on flange in their packaging. Several members have asked us about doing this sort of thing in the past, and finally we have decided to. Pricing will be determined after we find out how much interest there is for this sort of kit., but should be nor more than $300. This kit is for the DIYer who knows how to WELD and CUT and FABRICATE. Or for those who have friends/family, or local businesss who could do it for them. This kit is in intended to help the tC2 community gain access to more affordable turbo options and customization for their vehicles.
