Due to recently undergoing surgery for a wrist reconstruction I have not uploaded any workouts and not done any pad work with anyone. This is a little circuit I am doing to keep fit, this might help someone who also has a wrist/hand injury... 2min rounds, 30sec rest: x 4 (50min) 1) shadow boxing 2) slip line 3) horizontal double end bag (good for working on weaving punches and counter hooks/ uppercuts 4) abs: 10 V-sits, 10 sit-ups, repeat 2min... 5) burpees (one handed in my case) There is always a way to keep fit and work around injuries, regular running, cycling, rowing, swimming (in case of lower body injuries). Basically work hard avoiding the injured body part. As for a fighter it is a good opportunity to work on other strengths. Eg. if you cant punch work on kicks and vice versa.
