Due to the crimes against humanity and other abuses taking place across Syria, all Syrians are immediately entitled to international protection unless proven otherwise. Amnesty According to whom ? The UN ? The Human rights commission ? Amnesty ? According to whom ? They are immediately entitled to protection from their own governments in their own countries. This conflict is only 3 years old, The breaches of human rights in Nigeria, CAR, India, Pakistan, Iran, Iraq, Saudi, Egypt, Yemen, Israel, etc are decades old and still continuing to more of an extent that dissident fighting in Syria. Perhaps Amnesty should be doing more in these places of conflict to stop it instead of expecting to bring those who have been through it, contributed to it and then proceed to do the same here, into this country to create more dissidence.
