Due to the diagnosis of Bipolar Mania and Fibromyalgia I was on heavy-duty meds and muddled thru my day...no way to live, I might add. I chose to not claim this for my life. I choose to thrive!!!!☆ I walk 3 miles everyday, sometimes I jog, Ive given up soda....I drink tea and lots of water. I dont take those nasty meds... Yesterday I got on the scale ; Ive lost 30 pounds and am on my way to my goal weight. That scale is just a number, the biggest perk is Im traveling my road to recovery and feeling good from the inside out♡♡♡♡♡
