Due to the fact that Facebook has chosen to use software that will allow the theft of my & others information, I do declare the following: on this day, 1 December 2014, in response to the new Facebook guidelines and under articles L.111, 112 and 113 of the code of intellectual property. I declare that while my rights are attached to all my personal data, drawings, paintings, photos, texts etc... published on my profile since the day I opened my account, I often use Facebook to promote events, parties & shows I am performing at and as such would prefer Facebook republish my photos & posts for commercial use foregoing my written consent. While others are posting releases telling Facebook that it is strictly forbidden to disclose, copy, distribute, or broadcast any information appearing on their profile and/or its contents. I feel the exact opposite. Go for it. Those reading this text can copy it and paste it on their Facebook wall, however Id prefer you didnt as Id like Facebook to promote me & not you. So please Mr. Zuckerberg, make everyone here happy & promote yourself using my profile while ignoring those who want their information to remain private.
