Due to the recent kidnapping and murder of a fellow Realtor, attacks on several other agents and a string of burglaries at several open house events, I have had to make changes for my safety and yours. Effective immediately, when you contact me to view a house, please be prepared to meet at my office and show your identification before any showing will take place. Also, my sellers are now asking for pre-approved buyers only to view their homes. This is for the safety of the seller and their homes. Thank you for you understanding and cooperation.
