Due to the situation in Israel the Tel Aviv airport was using only one runway as to not have airplanes enter restricted air space. This lead us to being airborne approx 90 mins late resulting in many people missing their connections in Toronto. I explained that we could have used the other runway where we may have been shot at or shot down and they would miss not only your connection but the rest of their life.....didnt matter, still MY fault....
