Due to too many customers not coming in for their appointments all future appointments that are booked will need to leave a 50% deposit to secure the design and the appointment. We have had to do this because too many people are leaving a small deposit and then ringing on the day and cancelling their appointment or not even ringing at all. It is a big loss to our artists and the studio and we need to make sure we look after the business as well as our customers. I hope all our lovely customers understand :)
