Duggan’s neighborhood rebuilding strategy, which includes seizing and auctioning abandoned homes, was accompanied by two community meetings on both sides of town.The mayor also held community meetings on public lighting, where some residents have complained about lighting issues. Those led to changes by the lighting authority on how lights were positioned on some city streets. Meetings are ongoing to address other concerns.
