Duluths first beautiful public parklet thanks to: Dsgw Architects, Healthy Duluth Area Coalition, City of Duluth, Greater Downtown Council, Carpenters Union 361 Training center & Boreal Natives! This parklet is right outside Jitters - go check it out for yourself! About: Parklets are public spaces that serve as extensions of the sidewalk for pedestrian use- parklets are also a great way to test out potential designs on an urban streetscape without committing to permanent infrastructure. The City of Duluth Planning will use information from surveys which may influence the placement of urban green space/people place in future street design.
