Dumbass... This is how its done by Bjorn Loftis: Hamel just didnt understand how these things work. The legitimate approach would be to pay an attorney $100 to ask the prosecutor for a recommendation to amend the speeding charge to a noisy muffler or parking in an alley. He would have then paid an inflated fine and court costs - and had a nice day. The nerve of this guy to think that justice can be bought in America! I hope they throw the book at him. (...sarcasm)
