Lean slightly forward and allow your upper back to round a little to create a deeper stretch in the traps and rhomboids. Explode up and hold at the peak position for a deep contraction. Lower slowly down and again allow the weight to stretch you at the bottom. The traps have a very limited range of movement so make sure you fully take advantage of the range you do have.
