Dumplings as snacks for evening tea. This is a special dumpling called as Hontoes and it is a delicacy of people from Haa in Bhutan. It is prepared once in a year which happens on Haaps new year known as Lomba. Ingredients that go into making hontoes: dried spinach, turnip, cheese, butter, red chilly powder, pepper, sweet buck wheat mixed with maida for dough and many more spices which I cant seem to name in English here. The season fod this dumpling is over but my brother made this special one for me today
