Dundamu wants to finish as top scorer Ba striker Maciu Dunadamu is keen to finish as the top goalscorer in this seasons Vodafone Fiji FACT. The 28-year-old former Hekari United and national rep scored a hat-trick against Labasa on Sunday to put the Men In Black into the semifinals and is currently the second top scorer behind Suva captain Ravinesh Karan Singh who has netted four goals so far. I scored one goal against Labasa in the National League and scoring three in this tournament has really lifted my morale and I want to score more and help Ba win the first title of the year. We have a very good team and should win the semi-final and final. Other teams are also good but if we play as a team and use our chances well then there will be no stopping for Ba. I will rely on my teammates to give me quality crosses. If I get good crosses then I would try my best to score goals. Ba coach Yogendra Dutt was also impressed with Dunadamus performance and said he was getting his form back. When Maciu joined us for Champions League, he had not played a competitive match for almost 6 months. He scored a couple of goals for Ba in the competition and then he also scored in our match against Labasa. He is a very good finisher and now that he has scored goals in this tournament, I am expecting to see more from him. He is the most experienced forward player in the squad as we do not have Osea and Mavi. Maciu should guide Samu Nabenia, Saula Waqa and Abbu Zahid well in the attacks. Dunadamu and Ba will face defending champions Nadi in the first semifinal this Saturday at 3pm. Suva and Labasa will clash in the second semifinal at 5pm. Source : FijiLive
