The description follows: 1. It is a duplex in Jayabheri Silicon County just next to Google. Jayabheri is one of the best gated communities in the area. It is located on the main road. So, eateries, supermarkets, hotels, ATMs and (sharing) autos are available just outside the gate (there are certain things inside too!). The thing that excites me is serenity and the location. 2. The duplex has 3 bedrooms (2 on upper floor and 1 on lower floor), 2 Halls (1 on upper floor and 1 on lower floor), 1 dining room, 1 kitchen, 1 worship room and 4-5 balconies. 3. All bedrooms and halls have a split AC (far better than window AC, when it comes to cooling and power consumption). 4. All bedrooms have huge wardrobes and an attached toilet. 5. All the toilets are western and modular with a geyser. 6. 2 bedrooms on the first floor have supreme quality bed with mattress (you have to see it to believe!). 7. 1 bedrooms bathroom even has a bathtub! 8. Modular kitchen with piped gas connection, stove, chimney and a microwave. 9. Dining table, study table, extra mattress, beautiful false celling with lights, additional wooden furniture are some other available amenities. 10. Most importantly, there is a full power backup (even ACs and geysers are supported) and (absolutely) no water problem (Many people have suggested me look out these 2 things when I was moving to Hyderabad). 11. The society has to offer terrace gardens, big lawn, children play area, swimming pool, club house, gym, tennis, basketball and much more. Occupancies: 1. The flat can be occupied by 5 guys. So, I am looking 4 friends! 2. Bedroom1 and Bedroom2 are double occupancy. (Refer photos) 3. Bedroom3 is single occupancy. (Refer photos) Rent: The rent of the flat is 37K. Rent for the double sharing room is 7K per person. Rent for single sharing room is 9K. Maintenance (4-5K) and other running charges (like internet, gas, electricity, maid, cook etc.) can be divided equally. One Time: 1. Fridge and washing machine. I have some leads on this, shouldnt cost us more than 8-9K. 2. TV, if we want. Personally, anything is fine with me. 3. Internet connection, cook and maid.
