Durand Line and Pashtoon Issue: These are not the blame game, political bargain, black mailing and simple issues but opposite to that these are very crucial and critical issues and one can call it the issues of life and death issues for pashtoons and Afghans. Sometimes it is very painful and hurting atmosphere when the people are expressing their thoughts and views about these matters but not understanding the importance and significance of these issues for Pashtoons particularly and in general for whole Afghan nation and afghan state. I have a kind request to all these people and political activists that if you are really interested to play politics and if you have really small control on yourself or you have some other issues because life is really a complicated thing then it will be better to talk about something else but please, not about these extremely vital and complicated issue of pashtoons and Afghans. The division of Pashtoons and then the use of that division for political purposes by Punjab and before that by British colonialists to make our nation weak and broken is not a simple or effortless issue but really and really it is a serious and thoughtful problem and it should be handled accordingly. Sometimes it looks very painful and hurting atmosphere when responsible people, owning secular and nationalist Ideas are adopting a role of Leaders to emerge or absorb FATA in Pakistan or more correctly in Punjabistan. Different people are using different arguments and different logic to justify their political stand and political opinion. One of their main arguments and point of view is that FATA has been converted in to a safe haven for terrorists and extremists and the only way to resolve this matter is to emerge FATA in to settled area or more correctly in Punjabistan. The other will say that the presence of these terrorists is nothing else but their refusal to accept the influence of modern state and its machinery. I will be not harsh and rude on them but I will definitely say that this behaviour and manner is extremely irresponsible and reckless for Pashtoon nationalists and secular Leaders. Historically the character and role of FATA was always multidimensional and multipurpose and if today FATA is the heaven for extremists and terrorists to serve the interest of ISI and Punjabi army, yesterday if I am not wrong and if my memory is supporting me this tribal belt or so called FATA was the place of struggle for our Legendry Faqir Ippi and Haji Tarngzai also. History is repeating itself and if today the wild, dogmatic and inhuman forces are using this territory for their activities and barbarism to serve Punjab and Arabs, but it is not excluded that tomorrow the forces of Pashtoons and Afghan nationalism, the forces of light and unity of Pashtoons can use it for other aims, for the freedom and Independence of Pashtoons, and for the sovereignty of Afghanistan. Instead of raising the question of complete autonomy and Independence we have adopted an opposite strategy the strategy of emerging the tribal belt, the strategy of absorbing the tribal belt in the so called “Land of pure” dominated by Punjab and Punjabi army. The “Land of pure” or the state under the Leadership of Punjabies and its army which has left no body to bleed or suffered from their hands in the whole subcontinent. It is shameful and absolutely unacceptable , when we are asking our enemies the Punjabi army and Takhte Lahore to bring their reforms agenda to tribal belt. Are we short sighted or we have lost all the categories of values, morals and Pashtoon-Afghan patriotism and Pashtoon-Afghan pride. It is a well known fact that the present situation of tribal belt is the result and product of Islamabadi and Lahori activities and they are the one who should be blamed and considered responsible for this situation and not other way around. It is not the issue of tribalism or Bengalism or Baluchistanism, it is the problems of this state and its policies, it is the problem of this mind set which is transporting and implementing the policies of Wahabism Arabism,secterionism and son and so forth and it this Punjabi mind and its media which teach us “Pak Sarzameen Shad Bad and Kishore Haseen shad Bad” but practicing the worst things humanity has ever seen. The division of our nation, Durand Line and the present situation of Pashtoons and Afghans is not a simple and trouble- free issue and we should be aware of this fact that Afghans and pashtoons has suffered a lot, and at this crucial and critical stage of our history we should be extremely careful and cautious. This is the first time and first opportunity in the history of Afghans and Pashtoons that Afghanistan is well politicized and well aware of its responsibilities as a nation and as a state and we should not take the steps and we should not give the slogans which can make the things difficult for them tomorrow. Pashtoons as a whole nor tribal belt should go to emerge in the Land of pure but opposite to that we have an independent state our mother Land our Tatoobi from Oxus to Indus the great state of Afghans and their last and ultimate place of emergence is that, not a state which was made to fulfil regional and international intrigues and plots and ultimately converted in to a terrorist state and killing machine, which has left nothing for common living and common understanding. Long live Afghanistan,the land of Pashtoons and the Land of All afghans.
