Maturation in French Oak. Sauvignon Blanc 750 ml R35 Case R210 An elegant, fruity wine packed with tropical and passion fruit flavours, a touch of green fig and a pleasant lingering finish. Colombar 750 ml R35 Case R210 An exceptionally fruity white wine to complement chicken or fish. In early 2015 we will have our liquor licence and will then be able to serve these fine wines at our restaurant and sell them from our shop in the Visitors’ Centre.
