During a lesson with Logan I randomly told him that I loved him. He looked up from his book, sweetly smiled, and said, Thank you. I began to laugh and he realized what the expected response was. Oh, I love you too. I realize that most of the time I say I love you to someone, I expect a response. This small interaction with my son made me realize that I should never express my love to someone expecting something in return. I should give my love freely, often, and unselfishly. Of course, I will probably do it again sometime soon. Old habits die hard. Just a random thought I wanted to share. Have a great weekend and I love yall!
