During my interview... Boss: how would you handle a non-performing team member? lets say you end up covering or doing someone elses job because of your team members inefficiency? Me: i would inspire him..back when i was still studying, i dont compete with my classmates..when i find some1 whos having trouble in learning, i always talk to him and inspire him more to learn and teach him...same as in work..if in case il end up covering some1s work, i would teach him how i did it, so next time he can handle it..of course, no one is perfect, but with right team work, everyone can be successful..and it will be a great opportunity for me to change that persons life coz the life that you change and inspire, could be your own as well Boommm...HIRED as a Senior Web developer!
