During one of the MOST severe droughts in California history we now have a M A S S I V E water main break in the UCLA Campus. They thing at least 5 MILLION GALLONS of water have been lost already. It looks almost like Niagara Falls and has flooded Pauley Pavilion, many parking garages and Sunset Blvd, and many other streets. WHY because LADWP and other utility companies love love love to overcharge but yet they NEVER fix the infrastructure in LA. This city is CRUMBLING and the water is still rushing after THREE HOURS. Drake Stadium is totally flooded. This is disgusting.
