During rainy season we usually dam or collect water on reservoir for future purposes. Why cant the government use the same logic and build a LARGE reservoir to store oil now that the crude oil prices have fallen below $50/barrel from over $100/barrel.. some analyst think it will reach $30/barrel! Mombasa refinery which was recently closed should be reopened so that we take advantage of the over supply. Ive just read that Saudi Arabia are not cutting down on their production so we expect the downfall to continue.. ERC/Min. of Energy et al; kazi kwenu.. Think outside the box
