During the Committees Meeting this evening, Board members authorized the appointment of Sylvia Hooker as a partial Deputy Superintendent of School Improvement and Redesign. Dr. Erin Weaver was appointed as a partial Deputy Superintendent of School Improvement and Redesign earlier this month. Both Dr. Weaver and Ms. Hooker will work in the position in a 49 percent capacity. Board members also authorized the appointments of Jason Daniel as Executive Director of Capital Programs, Dr. Mike Hall as Executive Director of Technology, and Lynn Janes as Director of Research, Evaluation, Assessment and Accountability.
