During the Dutch Design Week I organised a ”Denim Dinner” for a jeans shop called Vielgut in the South of Holland. The reason of the dinner was to do something special for their customers, giving them an unique and special night. Besides the nice talks and good asian (raw) food they also got a great denim lecture by John Spoel, who is responsible for brands like Pike Brothers and Pace Jeans in The Netherlands. It was really special to eat in a shop surrounded by jeans. The invited people were very enthousiastic about the evening, food and people. Something they had never done before!
