During the summer of 1995 my cousin Nathan LaFortune was killed by 2 police officers in what should have been a routine traffic stop in northern Wisconsin. He was 18 and headed to college in the fall on a full scholarship. He was the only positive male role model in my life. Both officers were brought up on charges and both were found innocent of any wrong doing with very little investigation and allowed to return to work. Know this about me before you question why i feel how i do about our current situation in America today. There must be justice.
