During the summer we worked on a large schools film project entitled ENtrenchED. The project, commissioned by Hampshire County Council and run from the Ashcroft Centre in Fareham, saw five schools in south Hampshire work with production companies CASS, 7stream and Strong Island Media on short films relating to their research on local World War One stories. One of the schools Strong Island Media worked with was Crofton in Stubbington, where the pupils developed a story based around a WWI nurse. All the films will be screened later this month in Fareham and below is The Blue Book by Crofton School: vimeo/103786525
