During the week of July 14-18, Special Agent in Charge Jerry Scott, and Special Agent Crime Scene Specialists Dan Sims, Spence Barron, and Bryan Smith assisted the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) and the United States Embassy by presenting a block of instruction on “Blood Pattern Interpretation” to 20 Criminalists from the Republic of Georgia in Tbilisi. The class involved lecture, demonstrations and practical exercises.
