During the week trees have been moved between different locations in the Bergius Botanic Garden. The reason is that two underpasses are to be built, in order to make it safer for pedestrians to get into the park. The railway crossing to the Bergius Botanic Garden has long been one of the most accident-prone in Sweden. No trees will be removed, they will just change place. Instead of being greeted by a parking lot at the entrance, visitors will now be greeted by an apple orchard with winding paths.
