During the work stoppage in 2012 many players went and played in Europe. There are a few cool looking jerseys with advertising. Some have more than others, and the pants and socks are a bit much, but Munich and Salzberg have a pretty sweet jersey with some advertisting. If the NHL is going to allow for advertising, if done in moderation they can pull it off, without making the entire uniform one big obnoxious billboard.
