During your family law matter, negotiations with the other side may be unsuccessful, urgent or impossible and you might find yourself attending court. Whilst the procedure and formality required at the court is second nature for my colleagues and I, this may be your first time at court. Herein are a variety of questions that my colleagues and I are often asked by our client’s in the lead up to their court event. These questions are answered on the premise that you will be appearing at court with a Solicitor. If you intend to appear self represented at court, you should first seek legal advice or contact the court for direction.
