Dust settles- Had a moment this morning as I was cleaning the hidden dust around my old fatback TV this morning to put in our new T-day TV.. there was hidden dust unseen that is rare because Mandy is a cleaning terminator. Well..as I was wiping it away.. DUST SETTLES..WE SHOULDNT kinda crosses my thoughts. As Christians.. we have a blueprint and The PERFECT example of The Life Jesus chose for us to have, but why do we settle? There are so many areas of personal compromise that we choose willingly without thought because it settles in us and hides in some corner unseen.. or blending in. It isnt until its exposed that we have a choice to reach deep to get it.. or move things away to deal with it..or just GO ON with life as usual.. settling. God chose you and I for a great reason and its not to just blend. DUST in the bible is used as The Devils new food (Gen. 3:14).. and Jesus tell His disciples to wipe it away from our feet and move on ( Luke 9:5).. So why do we often just settle like dust? Especially when our Savior has given us THE WAY, THE TRUTH and THE LIFE!
