Dusty Low is a band from El Paso that plays in ABQ on a regular basis. I have been looking forward to seeing them for some time. I could tell as I got out of my car at Il Vicino Canteen that I was going to like them and I did! Very tight, well composed music with the right mix of well chosen cover songs and I look forward to seeing them again. Dont miss them. With the addition of Anthony Movsesian whose main influence is jazz, the group is constantly cultivating agile and well crafted compositions that easily cross back and forth between many of the cherished American music forms. Add to this, superb harmonies and the result is truly exceptional.
