Dutch ensemble “Mladost” with fascinating performance in Pravets Yesterday, August 11th, the Dutch ensemble “Mladost” made fascinating performance at the Pravets cultural centre (chitalishte). The young Dutch talents performed Bulgarian dances and music pieces, earning endless applauses by the public, as well as the appreciation and support of their colleagues from the famous Bulgarian ensemble “Trakia”, who performed on the stage after “Mladost”. “You are our real ambassadors”, said Ambassador Tom van Oorschot after the concert and expressed his admiration for the talent, enthusiasm and commitment of the Dutch dancers. The performance is one of the 9 planned to take place in Bulgaria. After Zamfirovo, Varshets and Pravets, on August 12th performance is scheduled in Troyan, on 14th in Bobov Dol, in Kyustendil on 15th, in Raduil on 16th, at noon on 17th in Momin Prohod and in the evening of 17th in Sapareva Bania. The 24-members project-ensemble “Mladost” has been established in June 2012, gathering talented and enthusiastic dancers from all over the Netherlands, united by their love with Bulgarian folklore. Since then, they have been gathering once a month and practicing Bulgarian dance, singing and music and preparing for their successful and memorable tour.
