Dutch firm VenturesOne becomes minority shareholder in Ard Holdings | Ard Holdings, November 10: Ard Financial Group (Ard Holdings) is pleased to announce an agreement to acquire 22.3 percent of shares of Ard Insurance (Ard Daatgal LLC) from Venturesone, a pan-Eurasian diversified investment holding company, in a share swap deal. As a result of this transaction Ard Holdings will raise its ownership in Ard Insurance to 55.5 percent and VenturesOne will become a minority shareholder in Ard Holdings.
