Duterte: The King david of the Modern Times; he is the Philippine Lee Kuan Yu of Singapore. He is the one who can help solve and who can clean-out the rampant corruption and rampant criminality in the Philippines. God Almighty anointed him to be the next President of the Philippines comes 2016, so be it! he will abolish the corrupt government agencies like Senate, Congress, SSS, GSIS, etc. He will provide P50K to P80K salary per month for the policemen. He might consider changing the Judiciary from corrupt Judge-System to a Jury-System. He might consider transferring the Malacanang Palace to the Center Point of the Philippine Archipelago, Ilo-ilo, for easy and fast access to the people because Metro Manila is already saturated with pollution, flooding, garbage, hold-uppers, congested traffic, over-population, etc. He might consider the even projects distribution and implementation nation-wide, not just in Metro Manila and this can be carried-out only by the Parliamentary Form or Federal Form of government, not by the existing Presidential Form.
