Duty Managers / Floor Managers (Johannesburg & KZN) Educational Requirements: Matric Hospitality or food and beverage diploma would be an advantage Experience Requirements: Must have at least 2 – 5 Years’ experience in the same role Must have experience in the Food and Beverage Industry / Hospitality Must be computer literate in Word, Excel and Outlook Must be well spoken and able to communicate in English Own Transport Responsibilities: Control bar and catering Ordering of stock Checking stock Managing staff on duty Conflict resolution with staff and customers Managing gaming floor Assisting guest where needed Handling of complaints Fixing of Machines Calling Bingo numbers if needed Relieve cashiers and treasures Assisting with pay out Adhere to policies and procedure in place General Admin Additional information: Salary R10 000 - R15 000 per month Hours : 09h00 – 18h00, 13h00 - 21h00, 16h00 – 01h00 Candidate need to be 25 and older and able to start immediately Location: Johannesburg – East Rand, KZN - Umhlanga Please send your CV to [email protected] or visit us at jobgiant.co.za
