Dwight continues his effort to lift the level of representation of st George South. In a response to a request for supplementary funds to the Ministry of Transport and Works where only one residential road was identified - Dwight Sutherland M.P for St George South challenged the Minister of Transport and Works to tour St. George South with the himself - the current MP and to stop lamenting the lost of the seat by the former Representative for the DLP. He made an impassioned plea for the residents of Campaign Castle who have been without a road for numerous years. When challenge across the floor by the DLP that it was "only a small village" he pointed it that though small it was important and neglected. Furthermore he pointed out that businesses such as a Wrecker Service exists in Campaign Castle and it was unreasonable for the resident to have to have to park and walk into homes. He called for better planning of road works pointing out the poor management of the laying of water mains in Herman Clarke Road. The long delay to complete the Bydemill road was a source of misery for residents of the area and that there should be some efforts to plan and budget properly so that roads can be finished in the budget year they were started. He called for serious consideration of the use of concrete roads in tenantries o extend the lifeline and save foreign exchange. His robust submission was carried on CBC evening news.
