Your Excellency, your late father died at a period when the entire Lagos State was undergoing some of the most significant transformations to make her the real home for all Nigerians and the destination of choice in Africa. To us, he was a great man with passion for all that he stood for. He was also a man of impeccable integrity, honesty and candour.
