#E-11 case against Fayose# Justice Ogunyemi withdraws, returns case file to Chief Judge. No judge ready to accept case. Remember Justice Ogunyemi had earlier returned the case to the Chief Judge, Justice Ayodeji Daramola. But the Chief Judge reassigned the case to Justice Ogunyemi last week. Justice Ogunyemi has however declined to sit on the case and returned the case file to the Chief Judge. It was also learnt that no judge in the Ekiti State judiciary was willing to accept the case, indicating that the case may die a natural death. Case closed!!!
