E-ALERT: 2:39 am: Captain Ybarrondo of the San Diego Sheriffs Department, San Marcos Substation just informed me that there will be mandatory evacuations effective immediately in the following areas: From Harmony Grove to Harmony Village Road. S/W on Harmony Grove to Questhaven and N/W on Questhaven to San Elijo. Mandatory means that the Sheriff Deputies are coming out and knocking on doors and making sure that people vacate the premises. This is more urgent than voluntary evacuations which means there is imminent danger.
