E-ALERT: LOOTERS / TRESPASSERS Quick note from a neighbor in Harmony Grove. She called 911 which is the right thing to do when there is a crime in progress. This was about 10 minutes ago (1/20/15 at around 5pm), so please be on the look out: I literally just dialed 911. A silver Nissan Titan, 2-door vehicle parked across my property, had two individuals inside. One was on the Standard Pacific property collecting metal items and throwing them over the fence. Then the individual moved across the street on to my property. He was trying to remain hidden in my trees. I screamed at him to get off my property (from inside the house luckily). He left, got into the truck and they drove out. Heads up to HG and EF to look out for this vehicle: Newer Silver Nissan Titan 2 door truck. Some dents to tailgate corner of the drivers side. There was a rear window missing on the passenger side replaced with cardboard. One of the individuals appeared to possibly be Hispanic, short hair, dark clothing average built. It was not safe to get a license plate, so I didnt approach them. Keep a look out everyone and remember, if you ever see anything suspicious, call the County Sheriff Non-Emergency line (760) 510-5200 and, only if safe, try to get a license plate number and, better yet a photo of the vehicle or people. If you see a crime in progress, call 911 immediately. -JPT
