E-Classroom for All Primer Interactive Connected Teacher of Basic Education Strategy & Innovation Buzzwords in Education I enjoy hearing stories about influencing seminars and forums to introduce decision mindsets on certain brands of addressing known gaps in education. It is good as most of the encounters are meant to drive education consumers and fund managers to think outside of the box on what to purchase or write as procurement terms of reference. I also agree that education decision makers and consumers must clearly connect their choices to their owned strategy and not merely on the buzz word of innovation and millennium differentiation. Strategy is all about clear, specific and tangible objectives that will show to the majority stakeholders of the organization the configuration and change requirements to perform better in achieving the mission and in living the vision in the defined time. It articulates the solution framework, models and options that are connected to the way the stakeholders will cause and deliver effectivity, efficiency, simplicity and ease in achieving their goals and results within a life cycle. Innovation is something good for the theorized changes. But the decision makers and educational stakeholders must have the flexibility and open mind to focus the creation of something completely new and new things that tend not to fit to what is already known, comfortable and standards. The excitement on innovation normally comes from opportunity of new images, potential funds and procurement proposals. Normally, innovative education projects come to start with exciting anecdotes and defensive presentation during actual implementation. Those who manage the initiation of innovation projects, always understand that failure is an option. Thus, plan the minimal impact to cost and image, and the next white paper of improvement. .
