E-Commerce Specialist Job Description: The E-Commerce Specialist will place outbound calls to potential customers seeking to purchase real estate properties and will manage inbound calls to answer sales queries as well as effectively facilitate client’s concerns. They will also call on leads from our existing customer database. Responsibilities: • Work directly with customers via telephone, and email to describe properties in order to persuade potential and current customers to purchase new properties. • Educates customers on product offerings, explains pricing queries, answers questions from customers and builds value in customer relationship. • Identifies customer issues and provides appropriate solutions via the up sell of additional products, obtains customer commitment as well as facilitates deliveries of products • Follows up with customers via telephone, email and chat following initial sales contact • Continues product education to better service customer calls • Maintains accurate daily record of sales in their sales tracker. Required Skills: • Call Center background is a plus • Real estate background would be highly appreciated • Strong customer service and telesales skills • Experienced with web-based and windows applications • Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Sales closing skills Email your resumes to fgantioqui@gmail for inquiries.
