Bring a SMALL bottle of your tap water - write the date you filled it & the location. Add a message. Or, simply bring an empty bottle with your message inside. Place it on our SOS Display table by the Robert C. Byrd statue between 9 AM and 12 Noon. (Include your name – and please pick it up before you leave). ●A Proclamation will be delivered to Governor Tomblin in the afternoon (Stop by the Citizen Lobby table by the Robert C. Byrd statue for full agenda, actions, and more happenings during E-Day!) See you on E-Day! E-Day!
