Dear Representative Blackburn, We have watched you several times on TV and have no doubt about your intelligence. Therefore we are sure that you know that President Obama cut Medicare payments to doctors and hospitals in order to save over 70 billion dollars a year to help fund The Affordable Care Act. That money was to come out of the surplus FICA (payroll) tax after it had been exchanged for Special Government Securities. That surplus money can then be used for other unfunded government programs such as “Obamacare” and later paid back by income tax payers. You also know that there is not now, and never will be again, any surplus money in the Social Security Trust Funds therefore he has no money to fund his healthcare plan. Tell us what you plan to do about it.
