But as of now the status is still the same as case has been received. And when I call the USCIS regarding this they said OK as it was more than 75days we can open a service request for you & they gave me a number on 01/07/2015 & they asked me to wait for 30 more days to get a reply from the USCIS regarding the case. I am worried because its already been a long wait & my OPT starts on Feb 6th. 1. Do I have any more chances that can speed up my process, if yes please let me know. 2. As the grad was done by Dec 20th as the govt allows 60 days of unemployment the 60 days time limit will be done by Feb 17th (approx) what to do if I didnt get the card by that time frame (worstcase).
