EASTER 1975... Was it a good one or wasnt it a good one.... Not too sure..... BUT I SURVIVED IT..... YES.....I was a child of parents who threw in the towel... Thank you Mom & Dad for always co-parenting as one & putting your dislike for one another (at that time) away from us as much as possible in a small home.....(how in the hell did we manage all those years.....I still blame our small house on how close we are as a family)....SURE GLAD you became BEST FRIENDS in the end....I guess you always were...you just mishandled mid-life....or not....cause I AM OKAY..... Mom...you were 38 & Dad was 36.... I was 10.... Funny that I always discuss wanting to be 10 when you think about it....or is it.....I GUESS THIS IS THE YEAR I DISCOVERED JUST HOW POWERFUL FRIENDSHIP IS.. I remember thinking that summer that school was going to be so hard....I was embarrassed...but along comes two new kids in our school....Karen & Sally...yep...you guessed it...they were the same as me....WOW....theres more of me...I think Ill buddy up with them & we can be different together.....& thats what I did.... Wonder what my thought process is here.... When life hands you a tragic event....friends are always going to pull you through....& you know which friends to turn to....you just got to be willing to turn to them... & its a for sure that your family will NEVER disappoint.... Add exercise, proper rest & diet, & most of all...YOUR HAPPY PLACES.....& any interruption in your life...CAN BE a more positive experience.....as in....you will become aware that YOU are going to be okay..... To my Aunt Lil & cousin Lou Nagy....may your first Easter in Heaven be as AWESOME as I imagine mine will be one day when I arrive.....til then....celebrate & let the good times roll.... Smiles & butterfly kisses to YOU & yours.....
