EASTER “TAKE5” When Andrew met Jesus in the Gospel of Mark, the first thing he did was go and take the message to his brother about his experience. When Jesus left the planet, he commissioned his disciples to go and take the message into all the world and make disciples. As God’s people, we’re not called to sit back and wait for everyone to come to us. We’re supposed to take the message of Jesus and his church to the people. We are called to be missional, to take his message into the world and be salt and light, and tell people about our faith. Here’s what we’re calling Bear Creek to do “TAKE5” Take 5 minutes per day to pray for 5 neighbors or friends, for the next 5 weeks” and then to take step of faith and invite those 5 to Easter Sunday!
