EATING!!!!! Coach is on a mission to exterminate shoddy, lazy eating habits (or lack of eating habits) this month. Every evening WOD in the next week will finish with a short, simple chat about nutrition - simple rules to follow, simple things to avoid - like crappy breakfasts before wods and not eating enough between lunch and the evening session. Remember - nutrition is the FUNDAMENTAL DETERMINANT IN YOUR HEALTH AND WELL BEING! Do as many push ups as you want, but if you are not eating the good stuff, you will stall through fatigue or even injury.
