EBOLA SCARE:Just came out hearing the screams in my neighborhood ah! shey u hear say Ebola don reach Igando o..na God go help us, hmm.., ahh.na soo..one patient don die for the hospital there na Ebola kill am Igando is just close by me here, you can understand how I felt when I heard it..ol boy.. for the first time I decide to check on this disease, if it has actually gotten close to me...make person know wetin e go do. quickly logged on, chck the blogs, CNN and Reuters - the news didnt say nothing like that..well, maybe in the evening. but for now its not close by me Neverthe less I decde to read more on it and Id share this tips with you Ebola virus disease…virus transmitted to people from wild animals – pigs, monkeys, bats. spread from these animals to human population. First case appearing in 1976 in 2 simultaneous outbreaks. Both cases in Africa - Congo and Sudan. Transmitted when there is close contact with blood, secretions, organs or other bodily fluids of infected human. No treatment yet, patients frequently dehydrated and therefore requires oral rehydration ( giving of water severally ) presently 961 dead so far ( reports vary from sources - some say 1,000 plus ) West African outbreak is the worst in the history of the world. why would it not be the worse. And there is everylikelihood that it would kill many Nigerians - we have a very large population, people live very close to each other, our hospitals are poorly equipped the least adequate healthcare infrastructure, despite billions of dollars from oil .To make it worse Nigerian doctors are on strike, ( public )...so, the common man is left on his own.. Fact is if I were you, I would travel less, frequent hospitals less, burial places less. Suya self i no go chop, avoid too close a contact with pets, if any contact wash hands properly , no share pure water, spoon with person anyhow..and never forget to wash hands thoroughly.
