EBONYI 2015 GUBER: DIVINE MANDATE ORGANIZATION CONSTITUTES CAMPAIGN COMMITTEES The State and Local Government Area Campaign Teams of the Engr Dave Umahi Divine Mandate Organization have been constituted with Engr Fidelis Nwankwo as the Director-General and Hon. Clement Nweke as the Admin Secretary of the State Campaign Team. There are some eminent campaign directors and committees / directorates working in consonance with the Director-General. They include the Who is Who Committees of Elders and Blueprints as well as the Legal Directorate, etc. I will subsequently post the names of the members of the Elders Committee and Blueprints Committee. The campaigns have been decentralized and are now more Local Govt and Ward based with the following as campaign Chairmen and Directors for their respective LGAs: 1. All campaign activities and requests by individuals and groups for participation or involvement in the campaigns are to pass through the various Local Government Campaign Chairmen and Directors.
